Building a School for All : 3rd EASPD training course on inclusive education

The training course aims to develop the understanding and expertise of teachers, trainers, headmasters and school staff on inclusive education for persons with disabilities. The course provides a certificate delivered by a European training organisation

Where? Premium Apartment House in Budapest, Hungary
How much? €550, including the accommodations, the training and the lunches. Does not include travel and the evening meals (except for the closing event).
What? The course offers a framework for the further development and promotion of inclusive education, as well as a hands-on experience in the planning of such an approach. Find the full programme here.

- Strategic planning and change management
- Teacher competences for inclusion
How? Information and discovery sessions will alternate with discussion groups, peer group support and reflection sessions. The methods used will offer in the first place an individual learning pathway, supported by a reflection and learning portfolio.
Who for? The course provides a safe learning environment for school heads, middle management, educational guides and counsellors, inspectors and administrative staff willing to challenge their mind and to engage in a 7-days course to learn and discover with and from colleagues in an international setting how to move towards inclusive education.
It also addresses external support people, including coordination staff of education and social support services.
Who by? The course is coordinated by the Standing Committee on Education of EASPD and organised by a consortium of European organisations and universities involved in the development of inclusive education accross Europe.
The tutors will include Zoltán Várkonyi (ALLL, Hungary), Annemie Jennes (VVKBuO, Belgium), Marleen Clissen (VVKBuO, Belgium), Hans Schädler (Siegen University, Germany), Annet Devroey (Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium) and Wolfgang Plaute (Pädagogische Hochschule Salzburg, Austria).
