ZERO Project Conference 2015 on “Independent Living and Political Participation”

On 25-27 February 2015, the 4th ZERO Project Conference 2015 will take place at the United Nations Office/Vienna International Centre in Vienna, Austria. These years’ conference theme will be “Independent Living and Political Participation: Innovative Policies and Practices for Persons with Disabilities”.
Policies can be excellent tools for promoting social change. Innovative Policies 2015 concern all government levels, from the local level, to the regional, up to the national level, and they regard all aspects of Articles 19 & 29 of the CRPD.
