In-depth understanding of the disability sector at large, as well as of the human rights-based approach in disability, and of all mechanisms that contribute to the development of the disability movement. Very strong commitment to participatory approaches in development and advocates for the involvement of people with disabilities in all levels of decision making, in sectors that concern them. I have participated in a various international seminars and conferences and I was often invited by international organizations as trainer or consultant in order to share my experience on community planning. In addition, I was invited in the third World Forum on Human Rights in Nantes, in order to present my experience on inclusive local development planning. Engaged in a two-year regional program of training as expert-practitioner in the field of disability, aiming at contributing to the increase of local expertise in various aspects related to social reforms, modern approaches in disability and social service provision, European trends and values, modernization of social services delivery at international level. Involved and contributed for development of several publications related to disability issue in Macedonia and the region of South East Europe.
