David Rodrigues, is a Full Professor at the UPT (Portugal). He has an extensive experience in Staff Development, promotion of Inclusive Education and counsulting. David has a wide international experience and published 30 books. He has worked on several countries in Eastern Europe, Africa and South America in the field of Inclusive and Special Education
