Inclusion Ireland is the National Association for People with an Intellectual Disability and was founded in 1961. Inclusion Ireland is the largest national organisation working to promote the rights of people with an intellectual disability.

Each of the sections of the guide is also a standalone factsheet. The factsheets are designed to be introductions to particular sections of law and policy that is relevant to disability in Ireland. At the end of each factsheet you will see a link to our website where you can read more on the particular topic. Each factsheet will have a dedicated page on Inclusion Ireland’s website www.inclusionireland.ie.
