This legal notice includes the general conditions governing access to and use of the website includ-ed.eu, which is owned by the Fundación ONCE para la Cooperación e Inclusión Social de Personas con Discapacidad (hereinafter Fundación ONCE), domiciled at Calle Sebastian Herrera 15, 28012 Madrid.
The use of the website supposes the express and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions as published at the time the user accesses it, without prejudice to any special conditions that may apply to some of the specific services of the website.
Use of the website includ-ed.eu
The website includ-ed.eu provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs and data (hereinafter “content”) on the Internet belonging to the European Network on Inclusive Education & Disability, (incluD-ed), to which the user can have access. The user accepts responsibility for the use of the website. This responsibility extends to necessary registration to access certain services and content. When registering, users will be responsible for providing true and lawful information. As a result of registration, the user can be given a password for which he/she will be responsible, undertaking to make proper, confidential use of it.
The user agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services that incluD-ed offers by means of this website (such as good practices and testimonials) and, among other things, agrees not to use them for (i) taking part in activities that are illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminating content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic or illegal nature, or advocating terrorism or infringing human rights; (iii) causing damage to the hardware and software systems of Fundación ONCE, its suppliers or third parties, by introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other hardware or software capable of causing the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempting to access and, as applicable, use the email accounts of other users and/or change or manipulate their messages.
User files and their content
The user acknowledges and accepts that he/she is solely responsible for the content he/she uploads to the website includ-ed.eu and for the consequences of its publication. incluD-ed and Fundación ONCE are not responsible for the opinions expressed by users on the forums, blog or other tools of participation, and are specifically exempt from all responsibility concerning user content, although the contents have ben moderated.
The user represents and warrants that he/she is in possession (and will remain so while using the services) of all necessary licenses, rights, consents and permits required to allow Fundación ONCE to use his/her User Submissions for the provision of Services and for any other purpose in accordance with the manner contemplated by the website and in these Terms and Conditions.

Fundación ONCE reserves the right (but is not obliged) to decide whether the user files meet the content requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions, and may remove such user submissions and/or terminate the access of any user uploading user files that violate these Terms and Conditions of Service at any time, without prior notice and at its own discretion.
Intellectual and industrial property of the page’s content
All the elements that make up the website includ-ed.eu, as well as the structure, design and source code thereof, and the elements contained in it (including but not limited to images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour schemes, structure and design, selecting of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use), are owned by Fundación ONCE. All rights reserved. This is without prejudice to the full ownership by the Collaborating Organizations of their own content, logos and brands. Users of the website may only make private, personal use of its content. The user undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of Fundación ONCE. He/she may view the elements of the website and even print, copy and store them on the hard drive of their computer or any other hardware. It is absolutely forbidden to use the website or any of its elements for commercial or unlawful purposes. Fundación ONCE does not accept liability for the use by others of the content of the website and may exercise all civil or criminal actions applicable in the event of infringement of these rights on the part of the user.
Cookies
The website includ-ed.eu uses cookies (small pieces of information that Fundación ONCE’s server sends to the computer of anyone accessing the page) in the degree necessary for the correct functioning and viewing of the website by the user.
