ESN 21st annual conference: Transforming Lives! Reshaping services for a changing society

The European Social Network (ESN) 21st annual conference “Transforming Lives! Reshaping services for a changing society” will be held in Dublin between June 17th and 19th and is organised in cooperation with the Irish Presidency of the European Union
In a challenging economic environment, Dublin 2013 will ensure that there is a constructive debate about the importance of social investment to transform the lives of all citizens, bringing about changes in the way services are designed, delivered and evaluated. The conference will ask what this will mean for leadership and management and for a more partnership approach across service and sector boundaries.
Dublin 2013 will bring together a range of experts from different sectors and services to present their vision and experience of how to reshape services for a changing society. Confirmed speakers include Michael D. HIGGINS, President of Ireland, Michael MARMOT, Director, International Institute for Society and Health / WHO Europe and Joan BURTON, Minister for Social Protection, Ireland.
