Great success of the second Meeting incluD-ed Network in Prague

On the 2nd of December took place the second meeting of the incluD-ed Network in Prague, hold by Rytmus Association. The objective of this second meeting was to present the global success of the Network in each city, sharing best practices among partners in situ and to agree on the next network steps.
In the morning sessions we could share the first achievements of the network. Each partner presented their activities and work plans, as well as the development of the local project. Also each partner shared the status quo of the identification of good practice strategy, one of the main objectives of the network.
The following sessions were dedicated to sharing good practices, in more detail. APF association presented different tools created by multiple stakeholders to strengthen on inclusive education families, people with disabilities and professionals. Rytmus association, presented their transitional programme, a service to integrate youngsters with disabilities in the labor market. Kynnys association presented as example of good practice the personal assistant system in Finland and its association training system. Finally Fundación Once, presented their experience in participation in national plans and policy.
The afternoon sessions were centered on the visibility of the network and the European Dimension, the presentation of the incluD-ed website and its promotion, and finally to present the next steps of the network.
