equalizent is an institute for consultation and training. Our main goal is the promotion of life-long learning.

equalizent is a place of learning where you can experience a bilingual environment with Austrian Sign Language and spoken German.

Objectif

Our target audience:
• the deaf and hard of hearing
• people with different types of disabilities
• companies and private individuals, who are interested in Sign Language and Diversity Management

Activités

We offer training sessions, seminars and courses for the deaf and hard of hearing as well as people with various disabilities, which allow our clients to increase their life chances and their development potentials. They acquire skills that help them to participate actively in society.

With Equalizent, hearing people can gain competence in dealing with social diversity. Moreover, they can learn more about communication by learning Austrian Sign Language.

We advise, guide and support companies concerning Diversity Management.

We work constantly to improve the quality of our existing courses. In addition, we focus on developing new courses for our customers.
